Once we receive your order we will ship it to your door by a courier service – UPS/FedEx/DHL. We will provide you with a traceable tracking number once the shipment is ready to be shipped out. Note, you will need to sign upon receiving the items.
By purchasing karaoke systems and equipment from Studio Evolution, you receive a warranty card, which provides the possibility of warranty service for the purchased karaoke equipment.
Warranty service means free repair of the product or replacement for a similar product (if repair is impossible) during the warranty period. The warranty is valid subject to presentation of a correctly completed warranty card with the seller’s stamp and the date of sale of the product.
The warranty period for the product is 12 months from the date of sale. The duration of work under the guarantee cannot exceed 10 working days from the date of receipt of the defective product at the manufacturer’s service center. Consumables and accessories (connecting cables, batteries, documentation, packaging, etc.) are not subject to free replacement, restoration and repair.
Preventive maintenance (cleaning dust from devices, reading systems, fans and other components that make up karaoke equipment) are not warranty repairs and are performed for a fee. Defects in the appearance of the product that arose during use are not subject to free restoration.
The service center is not responsible for delays in performing warranty repairs due to reasons beyond its control. The warranty period is extended for the time the product is being repaired.
